Is Grepr free to use?

Grepr offers a free tier, so you can explore our platform by yourself. As you’re ready to scale Grepr across more of your environment, you can easily upgrade to our paid offering.

Do you charge a user license fee?

No, everyone on your team is able to use Grepr without paying user-based licensing fees.

Where is my data stored, and does it cost money?

Most customers store their raw telemetry in their own S3 bucket. In this scenario, you don’t pay Grepr for data storage–you pay AWS. Alternatively, Grepr can store your data on your behalf, in which case we charge per GB of data stored (see table above).

Do I have to pay extra to backfill my raw telemetry from S3 into my observability vendor?

No, Grepr only charges for the data that we process in our platform that comes from your collectors, and optionally, for data stored in a Grepr-provided S3 bucket.

How will I be billed?
